These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website

and any purchases or services provided by The Crafty Ginger (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Handmade & Custom Nature of Our Products

The Crafty Ginger specializes in handmade and custom resin pieces. Each item is individually crafted, and slight
variations in color, pattern, or finish are normal and part of the uniqueness of handmade art.

We make every effort to represent colors and details accurately in photos, but actual colors may vary based on
screen settings and lighting.

3. Ordering Process

You may place an order by:

• Completing our Google Form or online order/request form
• Following the instructions provided on our website or social media

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time
prior to order confirmation.

Payment methods and instructions will be provided during the ordering process. Your order is not considered
confirmed until payment has been received or approved as described in our communication with you.

5. Production Time & Quality Checks

Because our items are handmade, production times may vary depending on the complexity of your piece and our current
workload. We will provide an estimated timeframe when you order.

Once your piece is completed, it undergoes a quality check. Orders are typically shipped within
1–5 days after the piece is completed and has passed quality checks.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using USPS and FedEx, and we provide tracking for shipments
whenever available.

6.1 Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location, the carrier, and any unexpected delays. Estimated delivery dates are
not guaranteed and are provided for convenience only.

6.2 Tracking

We provide tracking information when your order ships, where available. It is your responsibility to monitor
tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package if necessary.

6.3 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier (USPS or FedEx) and a tracking number is provided, the shipment is
considered in the care of the carrier.

The buyer is responsible for handling lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages directly with the
carrier. We will provide reasonable support (such as documentation or confirmation) but we are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the carrier or customs
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

6.4 International Shipping

We do ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
charged by their country. Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing and distance.

7. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Because our pieces are handmade and often custom or personalized, many items are not eligible for
automatic returns or refunds.

However, we understand that issues can occur, and we handle concerns on a case-by-case basis.

7.1 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a defect, please contact us at
thecraftyging@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within
7 days of delivery. Please include:

• Your order details
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, partial
refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

7.2 Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized pieces are generally non-refundable unless there is a clear defect or error
on our part. Small variations, minor bubbles, or slight differences in color or pattern that are normal for resin
art are not considered defects.

7.3 Change of Mind

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet
started, we may be able to cancel or adjust your order. Once work has begun or materials have been purchased, a
cancellation or refund may not be possible or may be subject to a partial fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.

8. Promotions & Communications

By providing your email address or phone number and opting in, you agree that we may send you:

• Transactional messages (order confirmations, updates, shipping notifications)
• Occasional promotions or special offers related to The Crafty Ginger (we do not share your information with third
  parties for their own marketing)

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in an email,
replying STOP to an SMS message, or contacting us directly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics (excluding third-party trademarks),
is owned by or licensed to The Crafty Ginger and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Crafty Ginger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not
limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Crafty Ginger from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website or
services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States,
without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our services shall be brought in the state
or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
